Job summary

Dentalcare Group in Westbury is seeking a CQC Registered Dental Practice Manager to lead a mixed NHS/Private practice. You will oversee clinical governance, maintain policies, recruit staff, and manage rotas, appraisals and inductions to deliver first-class patient care.

You will work 40 hours per week, 8am–7pm, Monday to Saturday, with pay negotiable depending on experience. The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and excellent communication to build a great team and ensure compliance

Qualifications

• Previous dental management experience is essential.
• Ability to manage budgets, targets and KPIs.

Responsibilities

Here at Dentalcare Group, we are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate CQC Registered Dental Practice Manager to join our practice at Westbury. We are a mixed NHS/Private practice who pride ourselves in putting our patients first and ensuring that we provide the best care.

About the Role

• Managing the clinical governance system and maintaining practice policies including Health & Safety
  
• Recruitment of support and clinical staff;
• Management of team to include: Rotas, Appraisals as well as inductions
• Promoting a team environment and culture that is committed to executing a first-class service to our patients
• Build productive relationships with associates, supporting strong engagement and retention through regular touch base sessions
  
• Ensure quality for our patients through full compliance with all internal and legislative requirements (e.g. Health and Safety, CQC, Clinical Governance, Company policy)
  
• Support and resolve any employee relations issues to a satisfactory conclusion
  
• Ensure that the practice is offering the best proposition through their opening hours
• Ensure each practice is building their reputation in their local area as the go to dental practice.
  
• You will work 40 hours per week, between the hours of 8am to 7pm, Monday to Saturday
  
• Pay negotiable depending on experience
