Job summary

Dentalcare Group is seeking a CQC Registered Dental Practice Manager for our Trowbridge practice. The role focuses on governance, policy maintenance, and staff leadership to deliver first-class patient care.

You will recruit, manage rotas and inductions, ensure compliance with applicable regulations, and foster a positive team culture while building strong local relationships. 40 hours/week, 8am–7pm, Monday to Saturday.

Qualifications

• Leadership and team management experience.
• Strong communication skills with the public.
• Reliable and able to work in a team.
• Ability to understand budgets, targets and KPIs.
• Dental practice management experience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Managing clinical governance system and policies (Health & Safety).
• Recruitment of support and clinical staff; manage rotas, appraisals and inductions.
• Lead a cohesive team and promote first-class patient service.
• Build relationships with associates to drive engagement and retention.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, CQC, Governance and company policy.
• Support employee relations and resolve issues to a satisfactory conclusion.
• Oversee opening hours to offer the best proposition and promote local reputation.
