Job summary

Home Group Limited is seeking a compassionate care support worker in Scarborough to assist residents with daily living activities and to follow personalised support plans. You will work closely with the care team, observing and reporting any concerns to ensure consistent, high‑quality care.

The practical bits

• Flexible working hours


• Using technology for creating and updating support plans / doing mandatory learning / keeping in touch with colleagues


• You'll need an Enhanced DBS check done and we pay for that.
  A level 2 or above, or equivalent in social care or being willing to work towards this


• If you've worked in a CQC care setting previously, that would be great!


• Have a positive, caring can-do attitude, and empathy to really make a difference to our customers lives.


• Previous experience of working with support plans, recording and using information concisely and effectively.


• Knowledge of local community and networks would be brilliant.
