Flextronics - The Flex Company in Kendal, England, is seeking a CPS Service Coordinator to support service operations. You will coordinate activities, manage customer requirements and ensure clear communication between internal teams, engineers, subcontractors and clients.

Your day involves processing orders, scheduling service visits, writing reports, ordering parts, arranging site access, handling faults and updating CPS systems. Eligibility to work in the UK is required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a service coordination, administrative, or operational support role.
• Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and manage competing demands.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.

Job Summary

Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new, independent publicly traded company, which we’re calling SpinCo, until the name is unveiled. The spin is planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this role will support SpinCo, which will focus on critical digital infrastructure, delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission‑critical applications.

Summary

The CPS Service Coordinator is responsible for supporting the efficient delivery of CPS service operations by coordinating service activities, managing customer requirements, and ensuring effective communication between internal teams, engineers, subcontractors, and clients. Working as part of a collaborative team, this role requires a proactive and organised individual who can manage multiple tasks within a fast‑paced environment while maintaining high standards of accuracy and customer service.

What a typical day looks like:

• Processing customer and subcontractor orders
• Managing the CPS works calendar & booking service visits
• Report writing and site work analysis
• Ordering parts and consumables as necessary
• Arranging site access for engineers & undertaking briefings
• Managing fault calls and warranty issues
• Updating CPS systems accordingly
