Job summary

Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into SpinCo, with a CPS Service Coordinator role based in Kendal, England. The role focuses on coordinating service operations, managing customer requirements, and ensuring effective communication across internal teams, engineers, subcontractors and clients.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in service coordination or administrative support.
• Strong teamwork, proactive and highly organised.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; stakeholder engagement.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Process customer and subcontractor orders.
• Manage CPS works calendar and schedule service visits.
• Write reports and analyze site work.
• Order parts and consumables as needed.
• Arrange site access for engineers and briefings.
• Manage fault calls and warranty issues.
• Update CPS systems accordingly.
