Job summary

Uber in the UKI region is seeking a Sales Manager for CPG Ads to lead and scale the food and beverage advertising business across Delivery and Mobility apps. Qualifications

• Over 10 years of advertising sales experience.
• Minimum 5+ years leading an advertising sales team.
• Proven track record of building and managing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a large, distributed sales and account management team.
• Define and grow the UKI CPG Food & Beverage Ads strategy.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with Product, Engineering, and Operations to champion client needs and product features.
• Drive operational excellence by identifying resource gaps and improving sales lifecycle processes.
• Cultivate long-term partnerships with C-Suite leaders at major CPG & Retail advertisers to drive incremental spend.
• Articulate a clear go-to-market message and position the company Ads against competitors.
