Job summary

educateU is seeking a CPD Learning Design & Development Lead to drive the design and development of online courses from concept through to launch. You will establish scalable workflows and collaborate with leadership and IT to deliver high‑quality CPD offerings.

The role requires hands-on course development, strong instructional design capabilities, and a proactive approach to improving learning outcomes while growing educateU’s catalogue.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in instructional design and e‑learning development.
• Experience producing courses from concept to delivery.
• Familiarity with CPD accreditation processes and quality standards.
• Experience using e‑learning authoring tools (Articulate 360, H5P).
• Understanding of SCORM and content integration standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end creation of online CPD courses from research to publication.
• Develop engaging content, assessments and interactive activities.
• Translate complex subjects into practical, accessible learning experiences.
• Collaborate with IT to publish courses on educateU’s platform.
