Job summary

The Education Specialists are seeking a flexible and confident Cover Supervisor to provide general classroom cover in a good secondary school in Crewe. The role is full-time and long-term for the remainder of the academic year, covering KS3 and KS4, with a supportive leadership team and strong behaviour policy.

You'll deliver pre-planned lessons, manage pupil behaviour, and provide feedback to teaching staff. DBS checks are required, and QTS or equivalent is preferred.

• Experience working with children or young people in an educational setting.
• Experience delivering pre-planned lessons across KS3 and KS4.
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Able to adapt to different classroom environments and pupil needs.

Job title: Cover Supervisor

The Education Specialists is seeking a flexible and confident Cover Supervisor to provide general classroom cover in a well-regarded secondary school in Crewe, rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted. This is a full-time, long-term position for the remainder of the academic year, providing classroom cover across Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4). The school has a strong behaviour policy in place and a supportive senior leadership team, making it an excellent environment for a Cover Supervisor looking for a consistent role in Crewe.

Cover Supervisor role requirements:

• Previous experience working with children or young people in an educational setting
