Job summary

Teaching Personnel Ltd. is seeking experienced Cover Teachers for flexible, consistent work in Kent's schools. You will deliver pre-planned lessons, manage behaviour, and support student learning across primary and secondary levels.

Teaching Personnel is currently seeking dedicated and adaptable Cover Teachers to work in a variety of primary and secondary schools across Kent, including Maidstone, Ashford, Canterbury, Medway, Tonbridge, Tunbridge Wells, Dover, Thanet, and the surrounding areas.

Whether you're looking for day-to-day supply, short-term assignments, or long-term placements, we have opportunities to suit your availability and preferences.

The Role

As a Cover Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering pre-planned lessons, managing classroom behaviour, and ensuring students remain engaged in their learning while maintaining high standards within the classroom.

We are looking for professionals who can quickly adapt to different school environments and confidently teach across a range of subjects and year groups.

Essential Requirements:

• Previous teaching experience within UK schools
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
