Job summary

Teaching Personnel is seeking Cover Teachers to work in primary and secondary schools across Kent, including Maidstone, Ashford, Canterbury, Medway, and more. Roles range from day-to-day supply to long-term placements, with flexible hours to suit your availability and preferences.

You will deliver pre-planned lessons, manage classroom behaviour, and adapt quickly to different school environments while maintaining high standards of learning and safeguarding.

Qualifications

• Previous teaching experience in UK schools required.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent qualification required.
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills expected.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities required.
• Flexible and professional approach to work; DBS Update Service preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Recent and relevant educational references expected.
