Job summary

Teaching Personnel is seeking Cover Teachers to work in primary and secondary schools across Kent, including Maidstone, Ashford, Canterbury, Medway, and more. Roles range from day-to-day supply to long-term placements, with flexible hours to suit your availability and preferences.

Qualifications

The Role

As a Cover Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering pre-planned lessons, managing classroom behaviour, and ensuring students remain engaged in their learning while maintaining high standards within the classroom.

We are looking for professionals who can quickly adapt to different school environments and confidently teach across a range of subjects and year groups.

What We're Looking For

Essential Requirements:

• Previous teaching experience within UK schools
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills

• A flexible and professional approach to work
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
