Job summary

TeacherActive are recruiting a Cover Supervisor for partner secondary schools in South Bristol, starting September. You will deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher, manage behaviour and keep students engaged.

Ideal candidates may come from a Teaching Assistant or Sports Coach background, with strong classroom management, communication and organisational skills. Full training and ongoing CPD are provided, with market-leading pay and access to referral rewards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in secondary settings (Teaching Assistant, Sports Coach or similar).
• Ability to lead activities and manage groups of students.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
