TeacherActive Limited is seeking a Cover Supervisor for Worcestershire secondary schools. You will deliver pre-planned lessons across KS3/KS4, manage behaviour and keep students engaged throughout the day.

This flexible, day-to-day supply role offers ongoing placements, competitive daily pay, and access to CPD and support from a dedicated consultant team.

Qualifications

• Experience with young people in an educational setting.

Job Title: Cover Supervisor

Location: Worcestershire

Start Date: Immediate

Salary: £95 - £130 per day

Are you looking for flexible work within a mainstream secondary school setting?

TeacherActive are working with mainstream secondary schools in Worcestershire that are needing a Cover Supervisors from September to support them on a flexible, day-to-day supply basis.

The successful Cover Supervisor will be responsible for delivering pre-planned lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, managing classroom behaviour, and ensuring students remain engaged with their learning throughout the school day.

The successful Cover Supervisor will have:

• Experience working with young people in an educational setting
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Confidence delivering pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• The ability to adapt quickly to different classroom environments
• A positive and proactive attitude
