Mana Education is recruiting Cover Supervisors to work across secondary schools in Kettering, Corby, Wellingborough, Northampton and surrounding areas. Start dates include immediate and September 2026, with flexible full-time and part-time roles across multiple schools.

We provide ongoing support, local consultants, and a pathway into teaching for aspiring educators, with competitive daily pay and control over your CV.

Qualifications

• Relevant UK classroom experience or experience working with young people.
• Confident managing groups of students.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• A flexible, proactive and professional approach.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-set lessons in the absence of the class teacher.
• Manage classroom behaviour and keep students on task.
• Support students with their learning where needed.
• Work across a variety of subjects (no planning required).
