Job summary

Link3 Recruitment Ltd is seeking a confident and reliable Cover Supervisor to support secondary schools across Northamptonshire. You will deliver pre-planned lessons, manage classroom behaviour, and ensure pupils stay engaged in learning in the absence of the class teacher.

This role suits someone with KS3/KS4 familiarity, a genuine interest in working with young people, and the ability to follow school policies, adapt to different settings, and provide feedback to teaching staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in education or a genuine desire to work with young people.
• Understanding of the KS3/KS4 curriculum.
• Confidence leading a class independently.
• Minimum GCSE qualifications for roles below Cover Supervisor level.

Cover Supervisor to work across

secondary schools in Northamptonshire on a

day-to-day, short-term, or long-term basis.

This role is ideal for someone with proven experience in

secondary education who is an

experienced educator or a

recent graduate with a

strong subject background, this is your chance to make a real impact in the classroom. Must be confident in managing a classroom and supporting pupils’ learning in the absence of the class teacher.
