Mana Education is recruiting Cover Supervisors to work in a variety of welcoming secondary schools across Stamford and the surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable classroom experience while enjoying the flexibility to work around your lifestyle.

As a Cover Supervisor you will deliver pre-prepared lesson materials, maintain a positive classroom environment and support pupils across different subjects and year groups.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in UK schools or experience working with secondary-aged children or young people.
• Confident communication and classroom management skills.
• A calm, professional and reliable approach.
• A genuine interest in education and helping young people succeed.
• Own transport is advantageous but not essential.

Responsabilités

• Deliver pre-prepared lesson materials in the teacher's absence.
• Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment.
• Manage classroom behaviour confidently and professionally.
• Encourage students to remain engaged with their learning.
• Work across a variety of subjects and year groups.

• No planning or marking is normally required, allowing you to focus on supporting pupils and maintaining high classroom standards.

Cover Supervisor Opportunities - Stamford & Surrounding Areas

Location: Stamford, Bourne, Market Deeping, Oakham, Uffington, Ryhall, Collyweston, Corby, Peterborough and surrounding areas.

Pay: £110 - £130 per day (depending on experience and placement)

Contract Types: Flexible Day-to-Day | Long-Term | Full-Time | Part-Time
