Job summary

Mana Education in Boston and surrounding areas is seeking Cover Supervisors to support secondary schools across the region. You will deliver pre-prepared materials, maintain a positive classroom environment and engage students across multiple subjects and year groups.

This role offers flexible day-to-day and longer-term placements with weekly PAYE payroll. No planning or marking required, allowing you to focus on pupil support and high classroom standards.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in UK schools or experience working with secondary-aged children or young people.
• Confident communication and classroom management skills; calm, professional and reliable approach.
• Genuine interest in education and helping young people succeed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-prepared lesson materials in the teacher's absence.

Location: Boston, Kirton, Wyberton, Swineshead, Sibsey, Heckington, Coningsby, Sleaford, Spalding and surrounding areas.

Pay: £110 - £130 per day (depending on experience and placement)

Contract Types: Flexible Day-to-Day | Long-Term | Full-Time | Part-Time

The Role

As a Cover Supervisor you will:
