We are recruiting for Cover Supervisors to work in various schools across Liverpool.

This role will give successful candidates access to learn a new set of skills and the opportunity to start a career in a highly rewarding industry. This opportunity will be perfect for anyone with experience working with children, looking to enter the education sector.

What you'll be doing as a Cover Supervisor

  • Preparing the classroom for lessons and delivering a variety of work prepared by the absent class teacher
  • Maintain classroom control
  • Engage learners with both classroom and lab-based activities
  • Be flexible, think on your feet and show an enthusiasm for a variety of subjects
  • Work in accordance to the school's behaviour management policies

What you'll need to be successful as a Cover Supervisor

  • At least 3 months experience working with children
  • Ideally be educated to a degree level
  • References covering the last two years
  • Hold a current Enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain one
  • The right to work in the UK
