Are you an experienced Cover Supervisor looking for new opportunities in Birmingham?

Winner Education is seeking an experienced Cover Supervisor to work in an Alternative Provision school based in Telford. We aim to appoint the successful candidate on a long-term basis to start immediately. This school caters to children with SEMH needs and challenging behaviours.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Carry out class teacher responsibilities
2. Deliver GCSE and BTEC curriculum
3. Encourage a positive, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment
4. Provide regular learner assessments and progress reports
5. Uphold the highest standards of safeguarding and student welfare

The successful Cover Supervisor must:

1. Have previous experience within secondary schools
2. Hold a QTS or equivalent qualification
3. Have previous experience in sports
4. Demonstrate strong classroom and behaviour management skills
5. Form excellent relationships with the school team and pupil parents
6. Show strong resilience and patience
