Job summary

Revolve Collective is recruiting Cover Supervisors for secondary school opportunities in the Tamworth area, with partner schools in Dordon near Polesworth.

You'll supervise lessons using work set by the teacher, explain instructions, and keep pupils focused. You'll manage behaviour in line with school procedures, take registers as required and leave feedback on work completed and any concerns. Safeguarding awareness and clear communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Leading or supervising groups of secondary-aged young people.
• Classroom support, tutoring, youth work, sports coaching or similar direct work with young people.
• Setting expectations, keeping a group engaged and responding to challenging behaviour.
• Clear communication and an understanding of safeguarding.

Take the lead in the classroom
