Job summary

Revolve Collective is recruiting Cover Supervisors for Birmingham secondary schools. You’ll supervise lessons during teacher absence, explain the work and maintain a focused classroom. You’ll follow school behaviour procedures and provide feedback for the returning teacher.

Relevant experience includes leading groups of secondary-aged students, classroom support, youth work, and clear communication with safeguarding awareness. Confidence addressing a class is essential.

Qualifications

• Leading groups of secondary-aged students or similar.
• Classroom support, tutoring, youth work or direct work with young people.
• Setting expectations, engaging pupils and managing challenging behaviour.
• Clear communication and safeguarding understanding.
