Job summary

Aspire People is seeking dedicated Cover Supervisors to work across Merthyr Tydfil's secondary schools with immediate starts.

You will deliver pre-planned lessons, manage classes, and support pupils, with flexible full-time or part-time hours. Earn from £120+ per day with a £100 sign-up bonus after 20 days, and receive ongoing support from your education recruitment consultant.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people in any capacity.
• Confident managing groups and building positive relationships.
• Strong communication and behaviour management skills.
• Ability to think on their feet and adapt to different school environments.

Responsibilities
