Aspire People is actively recruiting Cover Supervisors to work in secondary schools across Merthyr Tydfil. With immediate starts available, you can gain classroom experience, support pupils and develop your skills in a busy education environment.

We welcome graduates, teaching assistants, sports coaches or youth workers who enjoy working with young people. Competitive pay from £120+ per day, plus a £100 sign-up bonus after 20 days, and flexible full-time or part-time opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people.

• Strong communication and behaviour management skills.
• Able to adapt quickly to different school environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead classes during teacher absences across a range of subjects.
• Deliver pre-planned lessons and keep learning on track.
• Support pupils throughout learning activities.
• Promote positive behaviour and engagement in the classroom.
