Teaching Personnel in Kettering is seeking a dedicated Cover Supervisor to deliver high-quality lessons across primary and secondary settings, maintaining continuity of learning during staff absences. Confident and reliable Cover Supervisor with experience delivering high-quality teaching on various assignments across a number of primary and secondary school in and around Kettering. Skilled in quickly establishing positive relationships with pupils and staff, maintaining continuity of learning, and creating an engaging classroom environment. Experienced in delivering high quality, engaging lessons, managing classroom behaviour effectively, and ensuring pupils remain motivated and supported throughout temporary placements. Committed to maintaining high educational standards while adapting to the individual needs of each school and class.
