Teaching Personnel is seeking Cover Supervisors in the NG8 area of Nottingham to support two secondary schools from September through the academic year. You will supervise classes during short-term absences and deliver pre-set work across KS3 and KS4, maintaining high standards of behaviour and pupil engagement.

Pay: £100 - £140 per day, depending on experience

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm
Two secondary schools in the NG8 area is looking to appoint a Cover Supervisor to support the team from September throughout the academic year. This role would suit someone with experience working with young people in a school, tutoring, coaching or youth work setting. It may also suit graduates considering teacher training in the future.
The successful candidate will supervise classes during short-term staff absences, ensuring pupils remain on task and follow the work set by teaching staff. You will work across different subject areas and year groups, so confidence in managing behaviour and communicating clearly is important.
This role is subject to an enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references. The school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and expects all staff to share this commitment.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
