Job summary

Hoop Education is seeking Cover Supervisors to lead classrooms in the Flint area during term-time. You’ll deliver pre-set work, manage behavior, and support pupils during school hours.

No teaching qualifications are required; just confidence and communication to guide students to success. Flexible, term-time roles offer daily rates and in-person work in local secondary schools.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience working with children or vulnerable adults.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to obtain one).
• EWC registration (or willingness to register).
• A calm, organised approach and excellent communication skills.
• A genuine passion for helping pupils succeed.

Responsibilities

• Delivering pre-set work in the absence of a teacher.
• Maintaining a focused, respectful classroom environment.
• Supporting pupils with questions and encouraging discussion.
• Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring safety.
• Collecting completed work and reporting on the session.
• Being a positive role model students look up to.

Daily Rate: From £105 - £120 per day
Hours: 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM | Monday to Friday
