GSL Education is seeking a proactive Graduate Cover Supervisor in Chatham, Kent. The role offers daily pay of £100-£120 depending on experience, with ASAP start and full-time long-term supply involvement.

The ideal candidate is a graduate who has worked with young people and wants to gain classroom and behaviour management experience across various year groups and subjects, supporting learning in the absence of teachers.

Qualifications

• Experience through schools, tutoring, sports coaching, mentoring, youth work, or similar settings.
• Confident managing groups of students.

We are currently recruiting for a proactive Graduate Cover Supervisor to join a large and busy secondary school in Chatham. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience across different year groups and subjects while supporting the smooth running of the school during teacher absence.

As a Graduate Cover Supervisor, you will play an important role in maintaining continuity of learning, supervising lessons, and ensuring students remain engaged with their work. • Have relevant experience through schools, tutoring, sports coaching, mentoring, youth work, or similar settings.
• Be confident managing groups of students.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Be resilient, adaptable, and reliable.
• Have a genuine interest in progressing into teaching.
• Have the right to work in the UK.
• Meet GSL's safer recruitment requirements.
• Hold an Enhanced Child DBS registered on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one.
