Job summary

TeacherActive Limited is seeking a Cover Supervisor for a mainstream secondary school in Bolton. The role is full-time and long-term, starting ASAP, with duties including delivering pre-planned work and keeping students engaged throughout lessons.

You will support KS3 and KS4 students, require strong behaviour management, and bring an adaptable, confident approach. The position offers market-leading daily rates and a supportive onboarding process.

Salary: £130 - £180 per day

The school is looking to take on a Cover Supervisor on a full-time, long-term basis, covering lessons across Key Stage 3 / KS3 and Key Stage 4 / KS4. The successful Cover Supervisor will be responsible for delivering pre-planned work, maintaining a positive classroom environment and ensuring students remain engaged with their learning.

The successful Cover Supervisor will have:

• Experience working with secondary-aged students
• Experience supporting students across KS3 and KS4
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Excellent communication skills
• A confident and adaptable approach
• A positive 'can-do' attitude
