Teaching Personnel are seeking confident Cover Supervisors to work across secondary schools in Bedford. The role offers flexible full-time or part-time opportunities with daily pay between £90 and £140, depending on experience, and the chance to gain valuable classroom experience with students across various year groups.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will oversee classes when the usual teacher is absent, following pre-planned lessons and safeguarding requirements.

Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting confident, reliable and adaptable Cover Supervisors to work across a range of secondary schools in Bedford.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising classes when the usual teacher is unavailable. Lessons will generally be pre-planned, allowing you to focus on maintaining a positive learning environment and ensuring students complete the work provided.

Your responsibilities will include:

The successful candidate will ideally have:

• The confidence to manage a classroom effectively.
• A professional, reliable and positive attitude.
• Good organisational skills and the ability to adapt to different school environments.
• The ability to remain calm and professional when managing challenging behaviour.
• A genuine interest in supporting students and their education.
• An Enhanced DBS, or willingness to obtain one.
