Job summary

Teaching Personnel in Rochdale is seeking enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to work across secondary schools in Rochdale and Oldham, supervising classes when the current teacher is absent and delivering pre-prepared work.

This is ideal for graduates, aspiring teachers, or those who have experience with young people. Full training and ongoing support are provided, no prior Cover Supervisor experience is required, and all roles include safeguarding checks and DBS guidance.

We’re currently looking for enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to work across secondary schools in Rochdale and Oldham, supporting students and supervising classes in the absence of their usual teacher.

This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates, aspiring teachers and those with experience working with young people. Full training and ongoing support will be provided, so previous experience as a Cover Supervisor isn’t essential.

We providefull training to all staff including an in-house Cover Supervisor training session, SEN Skills and Behaviour Management– ideal for graduates and those new to education.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
