Job summary

Octane Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager for its Coventry automotive head office. The candidate should be ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified with 3–6 years of post-qualification financial accounting experience and strong dealership accounting knowledge, including Autoline experience.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of UK GAAP and IFRS.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial accounting, management accounts, forecasting and group reporting in line with UK GAAP and IFRS.
• Oversee month-end and year-end reporting, balance sheet reconciliations and journal reviews.
• Lead daily accounting operations and support the finance team to improve processes.
• Act as main finance contact for dealerships, Head Office, Payroll, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
