Butler Rose is seeking a Qualified Management Accountant for a market leading dealership. You will report to the Financial Controller and provide accurate financial information, partnering with operational teams to support decisions.

This commercially minded role focuses on performance analysis, process improvement, and stakeholder influencing across the business with wide-ranging financial responsibilities.

Formación

• Fully qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA.
• Experience in management accounting or a similar finance role.
• Strong management reporting and financial analysis skills.
• Experience within the motor-trade sector.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare monthly management accounts with detailed commentary and variance analysis.
• Produce accurate budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections.
• Business partner with operational and departmental managers to support financial performance.
• Analyse revenue, margins, costs, and key business drivers.
• Support month-end and year-end reporting processes.
• Deliver insightful KPI reporting to senior management.
• Assist with statutory audits and compliance requirements.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and enhanced financial controls.
• Support strategic projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide ad-hoc financial analysis to aid business decision-making.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Qualified Management Accountant to join a market leading dealership. Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, you will play a pivotal role in providing accurate financial information, business partnering with operational teams, and supporting decision-making.

This position would suit a commercially minded accountant who enjoys analysing performance, improving processes, and influencing stakeholders across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts with detailed commentary and variance analysis.
• Produce accurate budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections.
• Business partner with operational and departmental managers to support financial performance.

Requirements

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
• Previous experience in a Management Accountant or similar finance role.
• Strong management reporting and financial analysis skills.
• Previous experince within the Motor-trade sector
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Commercially focused with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
