Job summary

Ministry of Justice, Salisbury Law Courts, is seeking an experienced Team Leader to guide a small team delivering administrative support and excellent customer service to service users, judiciary and management.

You will drive performance, maintain high standards of attendance and wellbeing, and build strong working relationships with key stakeholders including the judiciary while ensuring local, regional and national priorities are met.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams to meet service objectives.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Excellent communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to analyse data to improve performance.
• Experience in public service or court environment is desirable.
