Ministry of Justice, Salisbury Law Courts, is seeking an experienced Team Leader to guide a small team delivering administrative support and excellent customer service to service users, judiciary and management.
You will drive performance, maintain high standards of attendance and wellbeing, and build strong working relationships with key stakeholders including the judiciary while ensuring local, regional and national priorities are met.
Our Team Leaders play a critical role in helping deliver justice and this role will enable you to demonstrate and develop your leadership skills. You will be responsible for making sure your team deliver business objectives through providing excellent administrative support and customer service to service users, judiciary and management., These operational roles are customer facing, requiring successful applicants to be court based to provide HMCTS services to the public. Standard full time working hours are 37 hours per week (Monday to Friday). HMCTS welcomes part-time, flexible and job-sharing working patterns, where they meet the demands of the role and business needs and are agreed prior to appointment. Travel requirements In addition to being assigned to your primary court location, candidates may be required to cover other Courts within a reasonable commuting distance, namely Winchester.
