Job summary

Raytheon UK is seeking a Courseware Designer to develop training courseware through analysis, design, maintenance, review and production of DSAT Documentation & processes for military training.

The role requires collaboration with subject matter experts, updating syllabi and standards, and ensuring training design satisfies operational performance requirements with a blend of innovative training systems.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills at all levels internal and with customers.
• Experience in course design and contributing to significant training courses.
• Knowledge of training design and development processes for training media.

Responsibilities

• Develop DSAT documentation and processes for military training.
• Produce, maintain and update Training Design from FTS to ASpec in DSAT templates.
• Interview subject matter experts to collate required data.
• Participate in workshops to discuss findings from analysis.
• Maintain course syllabi, standards, trainer competence, and requirements.
• Update training design materials for new training requirements and feedback.
• Identify opportunities to provide accreditation for new or amended training.
• Champion Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) compliance and continuous improvement.
• Perform other duties to complete the CMDC Training Service.
