To provide high‑quality teaching, learning, and assessment to students at Level 2 and Level 3 (T Level Digital) with skills that will underpin the routes Support & Security (Cyber Security specialism) and Digital Production, Design & Development (Software Development specialism) routes. The post holder will be responsible for preparing students for skilled employment, apprenticeships, or higher education by blending rigorous classroom learning with practical, industry‑focused application. The post holder will lead a successful team to contribute to the college's expectations of quality.
