  • Creating visually appealing content using tools such as Canva, CapCut and AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to support campaign and community activity.
  • Collaborating with the Content Marketing Associate to ensure video content complements written and campaign‑based activity.
Webinars & Community Events
  • Running, hosting and supporting monthly webinars and virtual events that drive learner engagement and value.
  • Working with stakeholders to shape themes, identify speakers and plan engaging event formats.
  • Managing end‑to‑end webinar processes, including promotion, delivery and repurposing event content for further use.
  • Supporting the Marketing Manager to deliver brand awareness and lead‑generation activities.
  • Working closely with the wider marketing team to ensure content is cohesive, high impact and aligned with campaign goals.
  • Bringing creative ideas that help Avado stand out across social media and community platforms.
Data, Insights & Continuous Improvement

  • Applying insights and learner feedback to improve content and community activity.
  • Remaining curious and up to date with video, social and community platform trends.
