Job summary

Freight Personnel in Widnes is seeking a Courier Planner to join our multi award-winning team. You will be at the heart of our Customer Service department, ensuring couriers collect on time and deliver on schedule.

The role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves solving logistical challenges, and uses strong negotiating and commercial awareness. Experience in a Sameday Courier or similar transport/logistics environment is beneficial.

Due to our Widnes based clients continued growth they are looking to add a Courier Planner to their multi award winning team.

If successful in your application you will be at the heart of our clients Customer Service department at our Widnes office ensuring:

• Couriers collect on time.
• Couriers deliver on time.
• We carry out our customers requests every time, as requested.

We are looking for someone who:

• Thrives in a fast paced environment.
• Loves solving logistical challenges and making things happen.
• Has first class negotiating skills.
• Has great commercial awareness.
• Is from a Sameday Courier or similar Transport and Logistics environment
