What You'll Be Doing

• Strategic Route Optimisation: Plan and map out daily collection and delivery schedules to maximize cost-efficiency and ensure strict delivery windows are met.
• Resource & Fleet Management: Allocate vehicles and drivers effectively while maintaining bulletproof compliance with Drivers' Hours and Working Time Regulations.
• Operational Problem Solving: Act as the central point of contact, liaising smoothly between drivers, warehouse teams, and customers to handle real-time road challenges.
• System Accuracy: Maintain up-to-date, precise transport management records and compliance logs.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience working in a fast-paced transport planning, traffic office, or logistics coordination environment.
