• Provide line management, direction, welfare and support.
• Provide administrative expertise and guidance to senior managers.
• Coordinate patient experience investigations and provide incident reporting assurance to the Head of Operations.
• Monitor career conversations and appraisal bookings; collaborate with HR for reporting.

Responsibilities
