This is a key role within the operations structure reporting directly to the Assistant Director of Operations and managing the 'Administration line' for the Gloucestershire County. The County Business Manager provides leadership to administrative staff, provide direct support to senior operational staff and provide a primary point of contact for staff working in other Directorates. The County Business Manager will act as the link between administrative functions at a County level and Trust HQ.
