Job description

As Country Manager for Redgert Comms UK, you will be responsible for driving continued rapid growth, operational excellence, and creative leadership in our London office. Please note that this is a hands-on role in a startup environment.

You will oversee a talented team, manage key client relationships, and work closely with the global leadership team to scale our UK business. This is a pivotal role for a strong leader with experience working at an agency and who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and highly collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Leadership: Own and evolve the UK market strategy in line with Redgert Group’s global vision and growth objectives.
  2. Team Management: Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing multidisciplinary team across client services, PR, talent partnerships, celebrity ambassadorships, events, experiential marketing, and video/photo productions.
  3. Business Development: Identify and secure new business opportunities, lead high-level pitches, and grow our client portfolio in strategic sectors.
  4. Client Excellence: Oversee key client accounts, ensuring consistently high levels of service, creativity, and impact.
  5. Operational Oversight: Manage budgets, P&L, forecasting, and local operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
  6. Market Representation: Act as the face of Redgert Comms in the UK - building our presence through events, media, partnerships, and thought leadership.
  7. Collaboration: Work closely with the international leadership team to share insights, align goals, and contribute to global growth initiatives.

Skills & Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in communications, PR, or digital marketing, including senior leadership roles within agency environments.
  • Flexibility and resilience, as this is a senior role in a fast-paced international environment; occasional late hours or travel may be required.
  • A proven track record of business development, client retention, and agency growth in the UK market.
  • Excellent people management and leadership skills with experience building and scaling teams.
  • Deep understanding of the UK media landscape, influencer ecosystem, and brand communication trends.
  • Commercially driven with strong financial acumen and a strategic mindset.
  • Confident, collaborative, and solutions-focused - with a passion for bold ideas and measurable results.
  • A strong local network of potential clients and relevant stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of managing client budgets and driving profitability.
