Responsibilities:
- Responsible for sales and marketing activities for EICMP in UK & Europe.
- Achieve sales targets for volume, value, and net contribution margin.
- Collaborate with CCO to develop new businesses, oversee distribution and operations, train staff, and prepare proposals.
- Assign multiple distributors based on geography and category.
- Plan B2B, trade, and brand development strategies to increase product availability through various channels.
- Standardize logistics and distribution by coordinating with supply chain teams.
- Launch new products across offline, online, and B2B channels, enhancing visibility.
- Explore and optimize business models to maximize revenue and profit.
- Supervise online platform agencies to ensure marketing consistency.
- Train and motivate sales teams of distributors.
- Assess and optimize the value chain with distributors.
- Maintain a good contact database.
- Support partners in trade negotiations, reviewing discounts, rental agreements, promotions, and other sales issues.
- Monitor competitors’ strategies and prices.
- Report to senior management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in Field Sales Management, Export, General Trading, or FMCG sales.
- Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and business objectives.
- Experience in the UK & Europe FMCG market is essential.
