Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for sales and marketing activities for EICMP in UK & Europe.
  • Achieve sales targets for volume, value, and net contribution margin.
  • Collaborate with CCO to develop new businesses, oversee distribution and operations, train staff, and prepare proposals.
  • Assign multiple distributors based on geography and category.
  • Plan B2B, trade, and brand development strategies to increase product availability through various channels.
  • Standardize logistics and distribution by coordinating with supply chain teams.
  • Launch new products across offline, online, and B2B channels, enhancing visibility.
  • Explore and optimize business models to maximize revenue and profit.
  • Supervise online platform agencies to ensure marketing consistency.
  • Train and motivate sales teams of distributors.
  • Assess and optimize the value chain with distributors.
  • Maintain a good contact database.
  • Support partners in trade negotiations, reviewing discounts, rental agreements, promotions, and other sales issues.
  • Monitor competitors’ strategies and prices.
  • Report to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Field Sales Management, Export, General Trading, or FMCG sales.
  • Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and business objectives.
  • Experience in the UK & Europe FMCG market is essential.
