Job summary

Pinnacle Group is seeking an experienced FLT (Counter Balance) Operative for our Rocester site to support warehousing and loading operations. The role requires operating a Counterbalance FLT, loading/unloading trucks and maintaining a safe, clean working environment on a Monday to Friday schedule (6am–3pm).

Access to own transport is essential. We offer a temporary-to-permanent contract with weekly pay during the temporary period and monthly pay once permanent.

Qualifications

• Access to own transport is essential
• RTITB Counterbalance forklift licence required
• Minimum of two years in a warehouse or similar environment
• Commitment to Customer Service with good communication skills
• Good knowledge of warehouse health and safety requirements
• Ability to work in a team and use initiative

Responsibilities

• Accurately load outbound trucks according to pick sheets
• Physically inspect products for quality
• Position trucks for loading in docks
• Complete and log FLT pre-use checks
• Keep floors clean, tidy and safe at all times
• Adhere to work schedule and attendance policy
• Carry out additional warehousing duties as assigned
