Job summary

Pinnacle Group Limited is seeking an experienced FLT (Counter Balance) Operative to support manufacturing site logistics in Rocester. You will load and unload trucks, conduct visual quality checks, and position vehicles for loading, all while maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

Working Monday to Friday 6am–3pm on a temporary-to-permanent basis, you’ll earn weekly pay during the temporary period with a view to monthly pay after permanent appointment.

Qualifications

• Accredited Counterbalance Forklift Operating licence (RTITB).
• Minimum 2 years’ experience operating forklifts in warehouse/construction settings.
• Own transport is essential.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse health and safety requirements.
• Ability to work in a team and use initiative.
• Experience working to tight schedules.
• Demonstrates enthusiasm and commitment.

Responsibilities

• Accurately load outbound trucks/routes according to pick sheets.
• Physically inspect the product for quality.
• Position trucks in the docks for loading.
• Ensure FLT pre-use checks are completed and logged.
• Keep floors clean, tidy & safe at all times.
• Adhere to work schedule and attendance policy.
• Assist with plant operations cleanup as required.
• Perform other warehousing duties as assigned.
