Job summary

Pinnacle Group is looking for an experienced FLT operative to support the Rocester manufacturing site. You will load and unload deliveries, perform FLT pre-use checks and help keep the workspace safe and clean on a busy site.

This permanent, full-time role runs on a day shift from 6am to 3pm, Monday to Friday. Own transport is essential. Prior forklift experience and a strong safety focus are required to join our values-driven team at Pinnacle Group.

Qualifications

• Forklift licence (Tele-truck J5, Counterbalance B1/B2) required.
• Experience in warehouse or construction site with forklifts or similar machinery.
• Customer service oriented with good communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse health and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Unload deliveries to site for Pinnacle.
• Ensure FLT pre-use checks are completed and logged.
• Adhere to work schedule and attendance policy.
• Plant operations clean-up as required.
• Empty waste from inside the factory and take to waste yard.
• Replenish stock around site.
• Attend AD-HOC requests promptly.
