Job summary

Pinnacle Group is seeking an experienced FLT (Counter Balance & Teletruk) Operative to support the main logistical operations at our Cheadle site. You will transport materials and unload deliveries in the waste yard, using a Counterbalance FLT, and work as part of our industrial team.

This permanent, full-time role offers day shifts from 7am to 4pm (Friday 7am–12 noon) with an immediate start for a reliable candidate who values safety, accuracy and teamwork, in a company committed to people and

Qualifications

• Accredited Counterbalance Forklift Operating licence from RTITB or equivalent.
• Experience working in a warehouse or industrial setting with forklifts or similar machinery.
• Commitment to customer service with good communication skills.
• Knowledge of warehouse health and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Unload deliveries that come to site for Pinnacle.
• Ensure FLT pre-use checks are completed and logged.
• Replenish stock around site and move materials to the waste yard.
• Operate a Counterbalance FLT to transport metal, plastic and wood.
• Maintain a clean, safe working environment and assist with yard operations.
