Kenect Recruitment Ltd in Fradley is seeking an experienced Counterbalance FLT driver for a night operation. This role is based at one of the UK's leading pallet distribution hubs, offering a professional team and structured processes to ensure safe, accurate handling of palletised freight.

You will load and unload double-decker trailers, move pallets through the site, and support smooth freight flow during night shifts.

Qualifications

• Valid, in-date Counterbalance FLT license.
• Willingness to work permanent night shifts.
• Experience loading/unloading palletised goods is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload palletised freight from double-decker trailers.
• Move pallets to required locations within the operation.
• Support the smooth flow of freight during the night.
• Operate safely and efficiently to high standards.

The Role

As part of our night operation team, you'll play a key role in ensuring freight moves safely and efficiently through the network by:

• Working to high standards of safety, accuracy and efficiency.
• Loading and unloading double-decker trailers.
• Moving palletised freight throughout the operation.
• Supporting the smooth flow of freight throughout the night.

What We're Looking For:

• Valid, in-date Counterbalance FLT license.
• Reliable, safety-conscious and comfortable working permanent night shifts.
• Previous experience loading and unloading palletised goods,
• Experience within a pallet network or transport warehouse is advantageous.
