Job summary

Kenect Recruitment Ltd is recruiting for an experienced Counterbalance FLT Driver to join a busy pallet distribution hub in Fradley on permanent night shifts. The role is a temp-to-perm opportunity with full pay and a focus on safe, efficient FLT operation.

You will load/unload double-decker trailers, move palletised freight and help maintain a smooth night-time workflow. A valid Counterbalance FLT licence and reliable, safety-conscious attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid, in-date Counterbalance FLT licence.
• Reliable, safety-conscious and comfortable working permanent night shifts.
• Previous experience loading and unloading palletised goods.
• Experience within a pallet network or transport warehouse is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload double-decker trailers.

• Support the smooth flow of freight throughout the night.

The Role

As part of our night operation team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring freight moves safely and efficiently through the network by:

• Working to high standards of safety, accuracy and efficiency.
• Loading and unloading double-decker trailers.
• Moving palletised freight throughout the operation.
• Supporting the smooth flow of freight throughout the night.

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid, in-date Counterbalance FLT license.
• Reliable, safety-conscious and comfortable working permanent night shifts.
