Benefit Cosmetics UK is seeking a Counter Manager for a full-time fixed-term role at M&S Cheshire Oaks. You will lead Brow and Beauty Experts, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities include sales leadership, brow services, events, stock control, and team scheduling while maintaining brand standards. Strong communication and 4+ years in customer service with 6+ months in management are preferred.

Qualifications

• Passion for make-up and retail with a focus on achieving sales targets.

• Desire to provide a unique customer experience that drives loyalty and repeat business.
• Minimum 4 years of customer service experience in retail or hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate Brow and Beauty Experts to hit sales goals and maintain high service standards.
• Provide brow services (waxing, tinting, tweezing) to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Drive target-focused sales and actively connect with customers to meet individual and counter targets.
• Conduct daily team meetings and maintain open communication within the counter team.
• Develop in-store and external events to boost sales and brand awareness.
